Arc of Attrition by UTMB

24th-26th January

Running the South West Coastal Path is difficult on a good day. Add in wet and cold weather and difficult terrain underfoot, and you have the Arc 100 and Arc 50. The inaugural event, held in 2015, was created to fill a gap in the UK Winter Trail Running calendar. Since then, the Arc of Attrition has grown from a single 100-mile race with 54 local competitors to a global event attracting the best trail runners.

North Downs Way Ultra

2nd February

Starting and finishing at St Martha’s, Guildford, this run features some of the best parts of the North Downs Way and surrounding areas, including the infamous Box Hill. You will run 30 miles exploring the Surrey Hills in a relaxed method. The organisers have stressed that it isn’t a race but a chance to extend your mileage while meeting new people.
